As the mc's and pl's are getting ready to start the crazy summer
schedule of ministry charts, chore charts, blogs, and debriefs. I wanted
to share with you what God has been teaching me and keeps showing me.
That the relationship is the most important thing. First your
relationship with Him. Make sure you are spending time daily seeking His
face. Second the relationship with the ministry partners. What has God
been telling them and how can we come along side them and help. And the
last but not least is the relationship with the participants. Spend
extra time getting to know then and sharing with them. Eat with them,
serve with them and play games with them. I think  a lot of the
life-change happens in those moments when we can pour into them.
