AIM has launched its newest ministry Kingdom Dreams (KD) this past year. If you haven't heard of KD, its mission to to help people pursue the dreams and passions God has put on their heart. And we specifically want to focus on those who have already been impacted by AIM. We've sent out over 90,000 people on short-term missions trip, but the question KD wants to answer is:
What happens when they get back?
Kingdom Dreams wants to help people live out the transformations that take place during their missions trip.
To help build this ministry, we want to hear from the participants themselves and build the ministry around their needs. We would love it if you could nominate a few of the participants you have worked with recently.
Kingdom Dreams staff will be contacting these participants by phone and asking them questions about their transition back from the field. For example, what were the questions you had upon returning? What were the emotions? What resources would have been helpful?
We are looking for a variety of perspectives. People who loved the mission field and those who struggled with it, who have thrived upon returning, those who have battled being home, and everyone in between.
If you have ideas of people who would enjoy helping build this ministry, please contact Daniel at: [email protected] .
