I have had some Leaders that are getting the "PR" that manages project locations, dates and participants with the Trip report login.  I thought I'd review this.

Go to www.adventures.org
On the left you'll see "mission trip reports" click that.
A page will come up with videos from our base locations in the summer.
Scroll down to "Add a trip report"
It will give you a login:
     username: 4adventures
     password: updatenow
You'll need to find your particular project. If it's going on right now it will be highlighted in yellow.

Trip reports should be posted when the group arrives to inform the home church's and parents as well as one in the middle of the project and one at the conclusion.  These are important for future projects to read as well as keeping the general population informed.  Otherwise parents call the emergency line expecting to know what's going on.

Thank you guys for all that you're doing!
