Hello all! It has come to our attention that there are many different types of food allergies that are difficult to accommodate and stay within budget, for example: a  gluten free diet, no red meats or excessive food allergies.  AIM will no longer be accommodating excessive food allergies.

Remember to look through the medical releases prior to the trip to be aware of those that do have allergies we can accommodate to (nut allergy or shellfish allergy).   AIM admission representatives are doing their best to go through medical releases prior to the trips to notify those participants that they are responsible for their own food.

If there are any questions or concerns from your groups about this policy please refer them to their AIM admission representative.
