Attention Project Leaders!

We are switching from the old trip report system to blogging. Each location has a blog specifically for it. This is a place where we can post pictures and stories of what God does on each trip. It's a great way for famiiies and friends of particpants read what God is doing through their loved ones on the field… and how to pray for them. And it's a great way for future participants, group leaders, and families can see what God has done on trips in the past as well.

Before your trip, you'll receive a blog link for your location as well as instructions on how to log in, create a post, and upload pictures. We ask that you protect the password/log in information, but send the blog link on to your group leader so he/she can distribute it to participants and family.

While on the trip, please post when possible. We know there isn't a lot of time on a trip to use the internet, that things happen, sometimes there isn't internet availability, and that connections aren't certain. We just ask that you try to post at least once during the trip and once afterwards. For a trip a week or longer, please post 3 times while on the field. It doesn't have to be very long, but please include at least 1 story of what God is doing on the trip on each post. The great thing is that you don't have to write these yourselves. You can have your participants or group leader type it up on a Word document and then you can paste it in. That's great! But please read all entries and edit for appropriateness/grammar before posting them!

Below are links to all of the blogs. Most of them are brand new, so there aren't any stories on them. But this way you can see what they are like!

  3. I like this new idea. I checked out the site for BABR and see that you moved some of the just finished trip updates to the new blog site. Great!
Can a duplicate entry be erased? and can a typo be fixed?
Also, I labled a few pics. with the wrong names- can I change them?
Can you add the rest of the reports from this trip to the new blog?

I realized after my trip I would probably get better results asking participants to blog rather than do a trip report- confirmation!!
    thanks, Cindy

  4. Just explored the blog site further, and I’m thrilled to see a slide show option to view the pics. This is a great addition! Can I add pictures from our trip? Cindy
