Hey, Everyone!

If you are a certified Project Leader and have been to a leader training within the last two years, then you don't need to worry about coming to one this year.

A Project Leader is:

-23+ years of age

-has completed the full training and coaching process (which includes attending a Leader Training every other year as part of an ongoing educuation. Through this you will not only able to learn about new things AIM is doing on the field but also share your experience with newer leaders).

-Has experience on an AIM mission trip (has been coached, shadowed, and is certified to lead solo).

Support Staff are there to support the Project Leader. They have to be:

-at least 18 years old and out of high school

-have completed the full application process

-and have experience on an AIM mission Trip.

They also need to attend a Leader Training, even if they are going as Support (or volunteer) Staff. This is what the post yesterday referred to.

Hopefully this makes sense!
