Adventures
in Missions goes on mission with thousands of individuals each year. AIM sends
a team of project staff out into the field with those particpants to serve
various functions. With so many people, there is bound to be a couple opinions
on the role of that staff...so what's yours?

1. To you,
what makes a great Project Leader? How about a Worship

Leader?
Staff?

2. In your
opinion, what are Youth Pastors looking for in an AIM Project

Leader?
How about other AIM staff?

3. If you were
responsible for training AIM project staff, what would be the

top 3
areas of focus during that training?
